Why did you want to do boudoir?
I wanted to do a boudoir session because I’ve always heard it’s very empowering.
What were your fears about doing a boudoir session?
My biggest fear was being nervous of how the photos were going to turn out and how I would view myself
Once you did your session, how did you feel?
After my session I felt amazing. Empowered.
What was it like working with Chrissy?
First of all I’m bad at names. But I believe it was Annie, her makeup artist is a genius. Not only with your hair and makeup. But before I realized it she had all my nerves gone by just chatting me up. Chrissy does the session with just you and her and she makes you feel so relaxed and so at ease. She doesn’t just throw you in to the deep end naked. She’s just astonishing. And if you will do exactly what she says. No matter how awkward, your photos will turn out stunning I assure you.
What was the best part of your session?
The best part of my session was hair and makeup oddly enough. I felt like Barbie or a star for a day. It just set the tone and mood and atmosphere.
Where did you get your outfits?
I brought my outfits from my boyfriends closet and Victoria Secrets
What would tell anyone who was afraid to take the plunge?
Don’t be. I think money is the real factor that hold someone back. You think do I really want to invest in something so expensive yet I may not even share all the photos with the world, my eyes only. To that I say it is so worth the money. The way I feel daily from seeing these photos has changed my daily outlook. They are truly priceless.
Lastly, what is your best tip for any woman wanting to book a boudoir session?
Listen to Chrissy. Read her before paperwork and just do exactly as she says in the shoot. Also don’t over think the wardrobe. I came with outfits and by the time Chrissy got to me I was ready to be bare.
