Why did you want to do boudoir?
I wanted to do a boudoir session because after years of struggling with body image and previously being in a relationship in which I was made to feel that my body wasn’t enough, I finally felt confident in my body and had a partner who praised my body just the way it is.
What were your fears about doing a boudoir session?
My biggest fear was that I would be too nervous to actually let loose and embrace this session. That I would hate the way I looked and my photos would reinforce my distorted body image.
Once you did your session, how did you feel?
After my session I felt anxious, really excited to see the end result.
What was it like working with Chrissy?
Chrissy is a champion of women. She made me feel like a real deal model. It was like spending the day with my closest friend. She’s silly and goofy and by making you relax she gets a beautiful result.
What was the best part of your session?
The best part of my session was feeling confident enough to get completely naked.
Where did you get your outfits?
I bought my outfits from Amazon! And Bluebella!
What would tell anyone who was afraid to take the plunge?
Do it. You will absolutely not regret it. You will see yourself the way others see you.. beautiful, strong, brave. The epitome of what it means to be a woman.
Lastly, what is your best tip for any woman wanting to book a boudoir session?
Remember that your body is unique and that’s what makes it beautiful. The things I like least about my body are my husband’s favorite things about me.
