Why did you want to do boudoir?
It’s something I’ve talked about for years. I see all these beautiful women doing them and I’ve always told myself I want to feel as beautiful as they look.
What were your fears about doing a boudoir session?
I was honestly worried I may not like how I looked when I saw the images of myself. I was worried about any parts of my body being seen by a stranger.
Once you did your session, how did you feel?
I felt excited and like I immediately wanted to book another session. I went into this session terrified and came out feeling confident and a little more comfortable with myself.
What was it like working with Chrissy?
Chrissy clearly has a way with her clients. I’m not someone who is comfortable with skin showing and the entire session was her building me up. By the end of the session I felt like I could take on the world.
What was the best part of your session?
All of it. I can’t pick just one part of the session. From the second I walked in the door Chrissy made every bit of the session fun and just the greatest experience for me.
Where did you get your outfits?
Adore me, Amazon, and some from Chrissy’s client wardrobe.
What would tell anyone who was afraid to take the plunge?
Just go for it. I was afraid up until the minute I walked in that door and I walked out ready for the next session with Chrissy. Initially, it’s scary and you’re vulnerable, which isn’t something easy for me, but I felt more confident than ever. Even more so when I got my images today.
Lastly, what is your best tip for any woman wanting to book a boudoir session?
Book with someone who will make you feel seen and beautiful. And just book the session already! I promise you won’t regret it afterwards.
