Here we believe every woman’s body is beautiful and perfectly imperfect, it’s what makes us unique. However, we will never dismiss or invalidate how a woman feels about her own body and sometimes we have areas we feel are a problem area especially when it comes to being photographed in lingerie so we wrote this guide to help you style your problem areas.

It’s important when you are styling for boudoir, you style for your body type…often women will try to style for another body type they see in pictures and want to emulate but what works for one body type, doesn’t always work for another…

MOM BOOBS

After having children, especially if you nursed, your breasts may not be as perky as they once were and may need a little lift. For mom boobs that need a bit of a pick me up try styling with pieces with cups and underwire for a bit of an extra lift. Sheer cups and cups without support may not give you the support you’re looking for. Below is examples of tops to consider.

BIG BOOBS

For those with large breasts that also need support, the advice is the same for mom boobs. You’ll want to finds a cup that supports with an underwire for a little lift. Consider a full cup for maximum support.

SMALL BOOBS

For styling smaller breasts, consider balconettes, bralettes, demi bras, padded bras, that will all complement your figure.

TUMMY

Just about every woman’s arch nemesis is her tummy. This is the number one area we see on our pre-session questionnaire that women are most insecure about. For apron tummies or larger tummies consider high wasted panties which will camouflage the area, body suits and teddy’s are a life save for tummy cover ups too.
