WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Houston, in the historic Rice downtown at 909 Texas Ave Suite 613, Houston, TX, 77002
IS HAIR AND MAKEUP INCLUDED?
ONLY on the Black Label Collection. It can be added on to the Essential and Signature Collections for $250. No hair and makeup service can be added to mini sessions.
CAN YOU STYLE ME WITH WARDROBE?
Absolutely! We have a full client wardrobe closet and can style you for your boudoir session. We stock sizes small-2xl.
WILL MY IMAGES REMAIN PRIVATE?
We ONLY share images with written permission from you! We do not share any images without written permission, period!
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Digital images are same day if no additional retouching is needed. If retouching is needed 3-7 business days. Albums 1-3 weeks depending on the style you choose.
HOW DO PAYMENT PLANS WORK?
Easy! At checkout when booking select whether you want to pay in 4, 8, or 12 installments. Then select the frequency you want to pay those installments: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Then tell us the start date. The start date must be within 30 days of booking. You cam start paying before your session and continue to pay after your session however, we will not release images or product until you are paid in full.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
We allow ONE reschedule as long as you give 7 days notice. There is a rescheduling fee of $150.
